REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only available if the item is handed back immediately with the courier at delivery, with shipping fees covered by the customer.
Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order. 
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original, brand-new condition — unused, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that shipping fees apply in all cases, including delivery, exchanges, and refunds.
